Starview 4 nothing happening after setup

I've loaded the firmware and followed the instructions but when i exit and wait to update nothing happens. Any suggestions?

check the general cablebox forum, look for all threads starting with NAGRA 3 if you have recieved new cards in your area you probaly are up shite creek.;)
