Starview 5 USB : some channels go blank

Hi

I've a starview 5 Super USB II box. It has firmware 2.03. Most of the channel work okay, except I'm noticing form time to time some channel going blank than coming back (SP1, SP3).

Today they haven't come back, others seem to work ok.

Do I need to re-scan? If so auto, manual? Do i need to switch off keycode before i do this? If it fails to pick up the channel do I lose what I already got?

Any guidance please?

hi, where did u get v2.03 im looking for it i lost some channels this week and i got v1.12 which is said to be for ireland.

I ended up googling for it. I had tried (2.05 which is available on the download section) but that was buggy on my box.
BTW the program guide doesn't seem to work too well on 2.03 I dont know if their is a 2.04 ?
