Starview boxes not connected

Dont think so lee. You get the odd tit on the wind up saying there box is on but it's bull lol snedz was on earlier and says not long now
 
Is there anyone out there who has paid for activation that has actually been activated since July?
Yip I did late July , have a euroview / starview still on but channels disappearing like the starview website ,think by the end of the month if no one upgrades the cards the rest will disappear and we will be left with doorstopers
 
ive got 2 starview boxes one sub renewed sept 9th thats up and running one sub renewed oct that's waiting for activation the boxes will be back on
 
sorry to tell you this chaz but it wont be back, you would be safer getting your money back through a claim by paypal.
 
Hi guys, I'm new to TechKings. Iv been keeping myself updated through this thread, coz I have a SV7 and a Euroview HD. Both boxes have not gone off, coz I have 5 months remaining (paid £45 for 12 months).

The point I wanted to make was, a week ago all the HD channels on my Euroview had gone off and around 20 odd off on my SV7, and with the problems with the activations and the website being down for a few days of course I got a little worried thinking that's it, times up for the SV team.

But today a number of my HD channels have come back on.

Yes I know the boxes may go off at any time in future, but surely that's the risk you take when dealing the king of boxes, be it cable or sky.

I personally think the activations will go through and the boxes will be running as they should be. If they were to 'up and leave' why would they be fixing the missing channels??

Anyways I'm quite happy for now, would be even more happier if they sorted SS1&2 HD.

Let's just give them the time that they need to once and for all get everything sorted. If they start to piss about after this then I will most likely jump ship.
 
Give them time???they have already had 5months and no progress.How much time do you wanna give them.Spoofed the whole time,a couple more days for months now until its to late to get your refund of paypal and here we are no further on.I dont believe they are planing a runner but i dont think their Tech team is up to providing the service they promise and the way they engage with their customers on the forums leaves alot to be desired.Ive already paid for a 6 month sub in Aug so i will hold on and hope to get my moneys worth,but after that I will be going to Sat.

I payed for my subs on the 7 of oct and got told that it would be back on by the second of nov then they have took the web site down I ain't happy and don't now where to go next if any one could help me out I would be greatful as I need to get some kind of new box and I'm screwed cause I don't have a dish cause I'm in a flat

If you payed by PayPal or credit card get a claim in now dont be waiting around for more bull shi8 from these guys they are not to be trusted.

when did the 1 u renewed 9th sept get activated,

my subs for sept ran out sept 9th I didnt renew then till 5th sept I was on there site at the time and some folk were waiting weeks for there box to be activated my box was up in 4 days
 
hi there ospreynchick i recall u being on the starview website everyone else says sv is finished id hate that to happen not just because ive just paid me subs but i love the service and the banter on the forum can u plz tell me if u no anything ? and if its coming back online
