well looks like some are saying it on some are saying its off so not sure what is happening, but folks keep posting so we know what is going on.
 
You can get refund at anytime just emai them star view in no way ripping people off all subs will be honoured to there full site
will return ASAP
 
they are not responding to emails... I have sent 2 in the last few days and no response.... normally you would get an email back sharpish!
 
I've got one box up one box down the box I renewed in sept got the blocked message that's on my other box kept working but the sub for that box ran out 2 weeks ago that's waiting activation I only know whats getting said on the forums

Boxes with subs that run out will show this login message
all boxes with paid subs will work
Systems are being updated boxes have come on but this happened before and only a few come on so we will have to wait and see over the next couple of days boxes are coming back on so it's a start fingers crossed

So we are still no further with the people that have their boxes blocked even though they have paid their money, the blocked boxes have not come on before you told people vermin had them blocked and they would have to buy new boxes, so now we are back to more lies, get your story right before ya start posting.
 
I got the same message mate. Renewed my sub early so that it wouldn't go off......hahaha!!
Like yours, my box number has six digits and starts 04 but I'm sure it was a longer number when I paid the renewal??

I certainly smell summit Nicky.
I've been told of the pre-planned overhaul of the whole system which will take time has created a lot of angry peeps with unanswered questions, hence site temp. down. You can no longer obtain support for the site as the tech team are sequencing all existing paid subs. Once complete they will connect automatically from date commencing activation. But at present none of this is confirmed as they could all be soaking up the sun in Barbados ¥ its too quiet out there.
Will someone from Starview give us some HONEST info? We pay for support, so please give us what we pay for.

I payed my support on 6/10/12, have sent the suppot team 6 emails and keep getting told nothing, I am sick feed up with starview, gonna go down the sat route as soon as I get my money back. TOTAL JOKE!!!!!
 
i paid our subs around 2 and a half weeks back have heard nothing n certainly cant see anything on the box think its time the starview box meets mr hammer...lol

Sorry to see that people lose faith in star view why are they quiet I here you ask .
well all dates given by star view failed only small number of boxes come on
if they gave more dates and that did not happen it would only serve to make hole bigger so what do u do they have chosen to keep quiet and fix problem facts better than words channels are starting come back activations will follow asap
the site will return to answer questions ASAP
thousands of boxes still working and hundreds waiting for activation including myself
no one is happy about this situation but you can only do your best now that unfortunately is still not good enough foursome people

You shouldn't have to anything just now problem this side boxes should just come on there is no order to activations it could be anybody's box who come on first but I know this they will work
