hi guys
this is my first post so please help
i got dreambox setup on card sharing server working perfect but im looking for hd box so i want more information on starview combo, does this box work fine with card sharing with sattalite and cable after n3, does anyone got this box working with both sat and cable so 2 in 1. please help with more info about this box thanks
 
so u mean can only one at time, i got 3months active cline for sat & there is some asian channels on sly which cable dont hv, for cable side if this box if this box sort N3 out then i dont hv to pay for any primium sat server, another reason backup if one goas down switch to other one.
 
i have not personaly tried it but you eitehr have 1 or the other and if carlings on you would have to set up again (i think) hopefully i wrong for you but dont think you can

Which box hv u got ? If u hv dc combo which is latest software to unstall did you managed both working? I'm getting box today so ur information be helpful.

By the way there is one video on YouTube about sv combo guy showing both sat & cable working on sometime.
 
if you check out the starview forum on here there are all sorts of tutorials to help you set up the box and all the info you need for sv7 and cardshare!
 
hi the Starview HD Combo with the Carling+0712.UAD firmware works ok but on cable you only have 2 or 3 HD channels with a sky dish you can receive the freesat HD channels so if you just want stranded cable channels then get a starview 7,
As for the sat side working with card I don’t know but if you c/s you can receive all the HD channels+3D and all the sports including the racing channels’

I received combo today but tried to plug in it did not power on,so ill hv to send it back to supplier who was falconsat, so hopping to get replacement next week.
