Hi i am in plymouth in devon and i have lost most of my channels can someone PLEASE help

Try a factory reset.

Menu > Factory Setting
Pin is 0000

Ok to delete

English > Installation
Choose Your Provider
Automatic Scan
Press OK
Channels found
Exit

Menu 1570
Turn EMU on > Set Default key
Exit , exit , exit
