starview not connecting/old software

course they will, you have a problem they will have a problem,nothing new there,have people rebooted all units box modem and router as in off at rear for 30 secs then on yet?

Reset Router, reset box, reinstalled software, enabled and still nothing....and they expect us to subscribe?????

My Starview 7 wasn't working last night. Up and running this morning, simply load the software on your Starview and install it! Worked first time for me when other troubleshooting solutions didn't.

Well just plugged mine in as I got mine up for sale, no problems here...Came on straight away..

i did a factory reset and rescan and everything is working fine now
