Starview yet another rip off of their customers

admin could if they wished close and delete all the posts but i would hope not for the simple reason is to warn the new punter who is thinking of buying a starview/euroview of to what they can look forward to blank screen/blocked etc. if people dont do research they are welcome to having a blank screen,the advise is there for the last number of years:binoculars:

So leave a warning thread up and lock it. We don't support sv blah blah

not the first time star view down the longest but not first or last time
but even with that they are still better than kv

All subs will be honoured to there full

what makes u so sure about subs being activated,also ive had starview boxes since they started and have never moaned (i only moan in bed).but now they are taking the pi.. 5 months to sort subs out,ur having a laugh aint ya no explanation from them at all just fobbing ppl off with same bull,and yes the sites down,so y dont they email all of us to explain and keep us updated (and dont tell me they cant do this.cos i no they have all our email addresses) and dont say its cos there internets down.
 
Who are Starview anyway? A couple of kids in their bedroom using our money to fund a hobby or tech guys who know what they are doing. IT whizz's wouldn't take 4 months to sort out a probolem, any other company and they would be down the road. My faith has just disappeared, I'm off in search of a KV box :bye:

How long do you expect people to wait!! you are a non entity on a forum, SV members have not received anything from SV itself, I bet they are sunning themselves in Spain while we sit here like fools. If Sv was going to come back on they could very easily send an email to each of their subscribers!

If this topic was closed, where would people complain with there own forum down in real time. Locking a thread doesn't allow people to speak and we are not and have never been about that here. Members should and always will be able to say what they think providing the forum rules are not broken.

hey Hiteck, glad that you guys have let the thread to run and not close it.. allowing people to have there say here is something that is needed while SV site is down.. weather people are supportive of SV or not.. everyone is entitled to there own opinion..

Your forum your rules i understand that and that you want to give sv members somewere to have their say BUT my point is why should you have to? They have a fully functioning forum which they decided to take down of their own free will so as not to give their members a place to moan. Ospreynchick thnk your lucky stars im not admin i would ban all you pric_s for spouting the same sh!te over n over n over again "be up soon" be up asap" 5 monmtrhs is nothing less than a joke!! guys move on..Kryptview or sat the way to go.. doesnt matter sv is dead!
 
my sv7 box is on renewed subs in oct,missing a few channels but i am sure this will be sorted,do ineed to re scan to get missing channels or just sit tight
 
WTF... SV is better than KV... Wake up bro.. If you had a choice of paying for vermin or getting it for free... you tell me one person on any forum who would rather pay...and i will send you a KV box as your SV obviously aint on..(or is it..!) AND save you the trouble of another freeview weekend..!!
 
then its a gd job your not admin and thats why you probaly wudnt get asked to be 1.. you have to let people from both sides have there opinion weather u like or dislike wat has been posted.., i mean if u dont like wat u read then why post on the thread.. your just fueling the fire for more bad comments.. yes u can advise about the boxes you want people to hav or how to go about them but there are others that hav been happy with SV and will grind it out to there up and running again, yes it hectic having to wait for those who have paid there subs x amount of weeks ago, am 1 of them but i DO reckon that they will come back on.. its just when..

So what your saying is its fine to take someones hard earned money and not provide a service..!(you must be a politician) and if everyone was happy with SV why are they asking about KV and sat and other forums have even banned people from talking about it..If you cant deliver then dont take the money... Ps this is a forum (look up the definition) and as long as you abide by HiTecks rules you can say what you feel within reason..! and anyway SV lit their own fire and fuel it all on their lonesome..! Admin would be proud of my correct spelling..!! (Bees this aint for you its for englishtonga..you got in before me..!!) haha

Atleast say it as it is dont try and bury it under carefully chosen words. your x weeks is actually 3,4&5 months for most not just a few!
