Submitted my request for the 6 or 12 months support done this all day friday tried from another pc this morning still no recsonce anyone had the same problem or am I not getting it.

hi starking, submitted my 6months today/ how long does it normally take,says 24/48 hours, is this the norm? kind regards .martin
 
just paid subs £25 for 6months, suppose to take 24 to 36 hours to work. ave never had to do this before. hopeful it works this time:👍

Paid and waiting for response from SV. Should be up and running in 24/48 hours.

I am confused Phillip169, as you have send out a email saying that you have given me the wrong box number. If that is the case, then that will explain the problems you are having with your box. which is not a starviewsub issue.

However please PM me with the right box number and the one that was supplied earlier by mistake will be disconnected.
 
PM me with your box number and payment is thouth Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account than please choose the one off payment option on the Paypal link were you can pay by debit or credit card.

Also you need to confirm how long do you want the support to last, they are two payment options available that you can choose from.

Option 1
£25 for 6 months

Option 2
£45 for 12 months

Also I need your starview7 box number.

Where to find my box number
You need to go to menu, utilities and then system information, the system information window will display your box number and it starts from 002************

Hi, I've just started getting this login message... reading this post Im under the impression I have to pay for subscription... Can any one tell me why I havent before? (and also how i pay)
