STB EMU blocked

Got the error 'Your STB EMU is blocked Call the provider' during a weekend pass i had taken out this weekend. Looking online there are some fixes for this by updating certain setting which i tried and even removed the app and reinstalled but that didn't work.

Could anyone provide any help as to why this happened or how this could have been fixed?

My provider didn't bother responding to any of my messages.

Also in regards to IPTV i am having a real bad experience so far with issues with apps, the video being out of sync with the sound and the streams skipping during EPL games.

Currently testing using Sony TV running Android using STB EMU app. Any advice on how i can overcome these issues please?

Sounds like a provider problem.

You get the message when your subscription runs out, so you are being stopped from logging in.

Viewing issues are also down to the quality of the service, you generally get what you pay for so you
may need to spend a bit more on your subscription and try a few so you have something to compare.
 
If your provider didn't respond then that's a good indicator of the level of service they provide so I would find another provider.You should find a provider with a dedicated support forum.
 
I have used two so far from techkings and had issues with both. Got a test from both users which had been members for sometime going of the guidelines advertised but had issues with both.

The subs they offer are for £15 a month or £60 for six months so i thought they would be good subs because you can get cheaper than those.
