STB EMU Blocked!

Hi friends,
Newbie here. I have been using IPTV Express through one of my reseller for the past few months. My subscription was up for due tomorrow and I had reached out to my existing reseller for payment modes quite a number of times with no success. Based on the support received for the past months and since their reseller portal is down with no other option to renew my subscription, I was forced to reach out to different reseller who offers the same IPTV Express. I paid for a month's subscription to the new reseller and the status is pending for more than 24 hours. Meanwhile, this morning I get the message that STB is blocked by the provider (even though my current subscription ends only tomorrow) . Is it because I reached out to different reseller? How to workaround this?

Just change a letter or number on mac address on stb emu and send new one to reseller and ask him to edit it on panel then kick the line have you spoke to your provider if he is decent he would know what to do to stop it saying stb blocked
 
Thank you for the suggestion. I am using Smart STB app on my Samsung TV. I am not sure if I have this option. However, I came across a topic on their site which describes how to change the Virtual MAC. The new MAC will be auto generated and cannot be done manually.

Will this work? Can I then ask the new reseller to map it to the new Virtual MAC? I hope this way the old reseller wouldn't be able to track and block again.

Should be able too mate speak to your provider first
