Hi, I am running stbemu pro on a firestick. The portal loads up but then rather than displaying the normal.. TV, Movies, Tv shows, menus. and the channels all that loads up is a list with HD, SD in yellow boxes a yellow star and then a padlock image. I have downloaded stb pro onto my phone and put the mac and portal into that and it all works fine. my provider has also confirmed theres no issues with the sub at the moment. have attached a pic below.
