Hi i was wondering if its possible to stream to another tv in the same house ,i can see it works great with openwebif on a pc on same network
i copied one m3u and it also plays on my pc through vlc but when i load the m3u onto a iptv app on my samsung tv upstairs it does not work

can this be done

Don't smart TV's have web browsers built in to them? I would imagine that you could use type in the box's IP address as you would on a laptop or PC with openwebif (I don't have smart TV so never tried!)
 
Have a look in the 2s section there was a thread for samsung e2 developers app
I'm not sure what page it would be on it was done a few months ago

Just tried it and it works very well including hd channels. takes about 5 seconds to connect to a channel but seems pretty flawless after that.

Is there an iOS app for this? And if so how do you then play it in the tv?

Kiddac it seems like you're the expert on this as you are everything else!! I've been trying to get this to work at my girlfriends tonight. My laptop through her wifi I can get openwebif working really well, but how do I download the full channel list and upload it to the samsung tv app?

This is the app I'm using, presume this is the correct one?
