Stuck at Execution Process

so my Iptv's been down a couple of weeks, i dont use it often and i dont know all the technical terms about my zgemma box or the iptv but basically ive followed my iptv sellers instructions and went on a website Which instructions was to remove my iptv and re-install and when i type in the username and password then click blue to validate it just gets stuck on executing and the goes off, it wont run the script or anything, does anyone know how to help, and if possible in the simplest terms?

You need to contact your provider and explain the problem as sometimes after server changes it is just a case of changing something straight forward to get back working again.

are you using addiptv from the plugins downloads if so I had same problem and my provider told me I had to uninstall it and reinstall from plugins downloads aniptv not the addiptv and I was back up and running after user and password input and validating ask your provider are you running the right plugin
