Stuck on boot after downloading skin

I tried to download the Bello 1080 skin from the downloads section of the box and it gave an error message. It's now stuck in boot mode and refusing to get past 47 channels (on the box display). Can anyone help please? Is there a reset procedure or anything that I can try or something via FTP that anyone can suggest?

If you just ftp to usr/share/enigma2 and delete the skin it should use the default one when you power it off and back on again.

Yeah, I did try that but the skin wasn't there. I don't think it fully downloaded as there were error messages, so my worry is, that only certain parts have been downloaded and they're cocking it up somehow. May have to factory reset and start again. What is the procedure for that?

Don't factory reset, it causes more problems than it's worth. Flash your latest backup or from scratch and restore your setting backup.
Make sure you retrieve your line details from /usr/keys/ before you do.
