Unrar/unzip the file and open it until you see the 'xpeedlx' folder. Put this folder on the usb stick.
Turn off box.
Insert usb in rear.
Turn on box and wait til says done or about 7 minutes to be safe.
Turn off box and Remove usb and delete xpeedlx.
Now insert usb/hdd that will permanently live in box and reboot.
Go to system-setup-storage devices-initialise. And initialise ur usb.
Then reboot box when done.

I have the SE box and all was working well until I downloaded the Blue HD skin and all I get is the loading screen. I deleted the skin from the usr folder within filezilla but it didn't cure the problem. I know the box is not bricked but I have no idea how to take it back to an image from the USB. When I switch box on the light is green and it says boot then loading. Even if I have a USB stick in the back with an image it doesn't ask me if I want to do anything with this stick and ignores it and tries to load. Can anyone elxplain how the hell I get a USB to recognise for flash and then to upload new image.
