sv7 "not connected"

My sv7 box is showing "not connected" despite having downloaded and installed thier 3.00ups upgrade, factory reset, retuned and 1819'd on SS1. My subs are covered so could someone please shine some light on my problem??:willy nilly:

have you retried rebooting your network,failing that it may be a problem at their end.

Cheers catkid. I did have a problem with virmin yesterday could this be the reason? They started running faster (in theory). Will try your advice a.s.a.p. Thanks

Oooops! sorry about the spelling cactikid. Not only am I evidentally old and senile I am going blind as well! What a c**p life this is.

yes it can be a problem at times losing the net,powering off box modem and router off at rear for 30secs then on give it a min and recheck.:)

Try the reason for your box not connected because they have cut you off, so they can force you to buy a new box from them, next you will get ohhhh sorry for some reason we cannot get your box connected to our server lol or it will be a message from the box saying virgin has cut you off ROFL.

Forget Sv and move on m8 or it is going to cost you in the long run.
