T8 V3s android box edit home menu

I have a T8V3s android box and i wish to edit the home screen icons (apps) on my m8s box there is a plus button to add apps to the front home screen , this android box runs 5.1 lollipop and i cant see a home screen in the settings menus, there are a couple of things i want to delete and a couple of apps i would like to add to this screen

anybody know how please

Use a launcher there's plenty of decent free ones in the playstore. I have recently started using squarehome.
