Yes but there have been 2 updated versions released since then that worked until recently.
Hopefully a new version will be released soon that will work on a firestick.

Well it would have been more informative to other users if you'd said on 12th January, when @Ferret. posted a new update, that previous problems were now overcome and the newer version was fine.
You posted in early January that it doesn't work then posted today that it doesn't work when in reality it did work for most of January, all of February all of March and also April and a few weeks this month.

Once you got it working, you could have made a short post to say 'new update runs fine'.
Something like this is way more helpful to others than only reporting something that isn't working for you

If you insist on using a firestick you are going to have to put up with this cat and mouse game Amazon are playing with these types of apps on their devices.

I dont have any fire tv device so ive no idea if they work or not on them. They do on Android boxes.

I just put up a simple post informing folk that this app no longer works on a firestick and you guys jump on my back as if its the end of the world!

I am well aware of the cat and mouse game amazon are playing.

You say this is a friendly forum but some members do come across as grumpy and unfriendly!

Maybe I should join the 100's of lurkers on the forum who just use the many downloads without posting anything!

As you dont seem to comprehend what a forum is or how it works that may be a good idea.
It's pointless making 2 posts four months apart saying something doesn't work when in fact it did work for most of that time, a forum is an exchange of information and ideas, but you throw a hissy fit when someone points out that you've posted erroneous information.

After you posted it doesn't work, all you had to do was post 'I've got it working again'....anyone reading this since January probably wouldn't have bothered installing it because you reported it didn't work.
