Techkings site - blocked by ISP?

Came onto site tonight and page won't load. Pop on Cloudflare WARP and site loads without a problem.
Turn it off again and page doesn't load! Is this a new tactic - block the source?

My ISP = Virgin Media

EDIT - Seems intermittent - so probably not ISP

I use my iPhone and Safari to browse mostly now but I have private relay switched on so I believe everything is encrypted and my ISP can’t see what I’m doing.
Not had issues reaching the site though on my laptop and I am with VM.

Used Virgin Media in the past and have never had issues. Have you tried on another device within your network?

It was a browser issue - it's all good
