will this list work on the skybox f3s

I don't have an F3s to test but indications are that it only differs from the F3 by having an external PSU so the hardware/firmware should be the same.
It would be handy if users that have tested this on boxes that are being inquired about could jump in with confirmation & any hints that may be useful.

Tested & working on S9, S10, S11, S12, F3, M3, X3, F4 & F5 this list will give correct channel selection with standard Sky numbering so by referring to the Sky online TV listings guide Sky Guide TV Listings - Sky
& entering the channel number will get the right one.

I have no reason to suppose that this will not be perfectly good for other Openbox/Skybox models not listed.
I have a communal dish system here I have included Hotbird on 13E with some favourite lists ordered by provider.
The secret of the Openbox/Skybox channel selection by Sky numbering lies in the rudimentary way it always takes its numbering from the favorities list you used last so for correct channel selection the first favourite list is for 'All Channels' so if you prefer channel numbering over boquets then this is the one for you.
I have also rearranged the boquets to break down the International list into Islamic/Arabic, Asian & others & pushed the Adult one further down the list, the Dating one has been discontinued.


The list is currently up to date for 04/08/13 courtesy of the usual references.


Boquet list; unfortunately the list has to be renamed from the remote after uploading this is due to the failings of the box firmware, with the latest firmware the Favourite List names are remembered when updating the channel lists.
I have also developed a way of ordering favourite lists so to demonstrate, the Sports, Entertainment & Irish lists will have a much more logical/friendly layout, comments would be welcome on this as it is very much a 'work in progress' project at the moment.

Instructions for installing this list
This will probably work for most Openbox/Skybox models


1. Extract the downloaded file & copy contents (TP_PROG.dbs) to USB drive formated to fat32.
2. Plug the usb drive into the box.
3. Press menu on the remote and go to 'Edit Channel' and delete all your channels.
4. Exit back from the 'Edit Channel' menu and go to the 'Tools' menu
5. Select 'Upgrade by USB'.
6. In the next Window that pops up, use arrow keys to change top line to 'MISC FILES'
7. Move down to 'SELECT AND UPGRADE'
8. A new window opens, select 'TP_PROG.dbs' press green button to place a tick by it and then press Yellow button to upgrade
9. If the box asks you to confirm anything just press Yes.
10. Reboot box & Enjoy​

WHEN I PUT THE USB IN AND CLICK UPGRADE MISC FILES AND THEN CLICK YELLOW BUTTON IT BRINGS FILES WHEN I CLICK UPGRADE BELOW IT SAYS UPGRADE NONE AND WHEN I ADD THE FILES AND DOWNLOAD IT DOES 100% BUT NOTHIN HAPPENS NO CHANNELS NO NOTHIN EVEN I SEARCHED FOR THEM PLEASE CAN YOU EXPLAIN DETAILS WHERE ME GOIN WRONG PLEASE THANK YOU.....

It downloads 100% when i click info for downloads it says

5 constant cw file not found

what doe that mean did the file not go on to my usb please help need urgent explain to me guys need the bos to work thank you

hi there i have downloaded the software and i have formatted my usb to fat32... but what file shall i open wid cos i do it wid winrar and nuffin seems to happen... i have deledted all the channels and none off my box is workin.. i have the open box s10hd... when i put the usb in and click upgrade n change file to misc and click yellow button it brings files when i click below upgrade and it says ugrade none and when i add the files and its downloads 100% and above what i wrote that what it says files not found what am i meant to do please help me guys....

Open it in winrar and highlight it, then click the extract to tab and choose your USB device. Male sure there is nothing else on your device.

i done that but same thing no upgrade.. and when i select the files as well file not found dont know why... also in my settings all my satelites are deleted only got sky uk what does that mean

You need to delete all channels first, then upgrade then turn off and back on

Delete your downloaded files, delete everything from your USB, re-download aj's channel list from a different link and then extract through winrar to you USB stick, make sure you've deleted all channels and when you go to upgrade mode change the box from image file to misc file.

...and make sure that when you have extracted the file it is called TP_PROG.dbs.

...although looking at your earlier post you said that it accepted the TP_PROG file OK, so I'm a bit confused that you are now saying that it says invalid file.???
