These boxes have had there day was great at first but now a lot of the sites are quicky banned. It wont be long before these boxes are all useless.

There are plenty of people using them for legal playback. If you are talking about streams that are banned in this country then VPN will sort out most of your problems, cost £3 a month.

there are plenty of work arounds for the blocked add-ons, and as oneman stated a vpn sharp sorts things out as well. more and more people getting into kodi now so cant see it disappearing any time soon, plenty of good community builds a round as well which are kept up to date by the devs + decent spec hardware at pretty cheap prices.

The problem with kodi is that they keep updating it and then it is not compatable with your box.Yes there are fixes but it is a constant learning curve which could drive you crazy.However if you
run it on a pc it is fairly stable
