Homemade chicken tikka with salad and home made rajita dip on a peshwari naan.
Light lunch..
Chicken tikka recipe attached also. Add natural yogurt to this too and leave to marinade at least 2 hours. The longer the better. I use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
