trying to find a new supplier found one but gets this message
This MAC Address already exists as device
anyone help

Means you have have possibly had a iptv service from the same supplier maybe through a differant reseller

I'd also be concerned that he doesn't know this either.

He shoukd at last know how to fix this problem

He must be a reseller so he will need to speak to whom ever he resells for asking for them to remove the MAC from there system

Hi yes my Mac address was all ready registered with a server that had a reseller so two people offering service on the same server hope this helps you mate
