Time out for tuner lock

Just changed from a blade 5000's to the cloud ibox 2 working fine initially but now i keep getting this error "time out for Tuner Lock" anyone had this problem and solved it? My box came pre flashed so if i need to reflash please send me a link with intructions, is it the same process and as a vu duo as i have done those before.

recheck your cable connection is good and secure,i had that on a duo and was told i had to reflash as tuner b had no signal,also recheck tuner setup,would be same idea to flash but using patched image as box is a clone.
 
I've checked the cable and been trough the settings 10 times or more swapped regions etc but still joy
 
Check lnb in on box. Past weeks ive had numerous problems with boxs which I assume is all down to bad soldering of ports. Its been everything from lnb to power to usb. At least 6 bad boards in 20.
Try making sure you have a long center coper on ur cable and if need be try using something like adjustable spanner to tighten a little. But be gentle. If u start to get signal through at any stage ull know. If uv rescanned tho with no signal that might f it up.
 
I did automatic scan for the satalites and it found some stuff but only about 200 channels, but when run auto bouquets mark it finds nothing and times out
 
i re flashed and same problem, if i do a automatic sat scan it finds about 200 channels, i have a Duo in another room using 2 feeds and the cloud ibox 2 in the other room replacing a blade box i had. The duo in the other room is fine, not sure which way to turn atm, but i will take the ibox into the other room and tr off that feed just in case
 
Its probably a broken lnb in. So changing feed wont help. But worth a try.
When u reflash if ur using a backup, do not scan. Just play with cable and lnb to see if u can even get slight signal through. Move cable about to see if screen shows any life. Pick a free view channel to try it with
 
I pick up 200 channels by the automatic scan and the vu box in the other room using the same quad lnb is fine

first pic is the automatic scan second pic is when i try and use autobouquets maker
 
Reflash with someones backup so u dont need to scan!
turn to free channel.
play with cable/lnb in port and see if u get anything at all.
