A two-year old boy is in a critical condition in hospital after being found unconscious at the bottom of a hotel swimming pool during England's first World Cup match.

The toddler was discovered in the pool of the Abshot Country Club near Fareham on Saturday evening.
He had been at the hotel with his parents.
The boy, whose name has not been released, was treated by a doctor at the scene before being rushed to intensive care at Southampton General Hospital by ambulance.
Hampshire Police are investigating the circumstances of the incident, which happened shortly after England kicked off against the USA in South Africa.
The hotel has refused to comment.
