i have just taken a toolbar of the pc, now when i re-start the comp it comes uo looking for windows instaler/solution centre. i have to cancel it 3 times be for it goes away, till the next time, any ideas pls.
Whatever the toolbar was, go to your program files and see it it's left a folder behind. If so, manually delete it. Run a registry cleaner. Then defrag.
