Were you able to get anywhere with this issue..? I too have my box setup exactly the same as your own, other then I'm based in Dublin.
EPG working with all listings showing however screen is black for all channels.
n line setup withSoftCam panel with mgcamd_1.38r1 and newcamd.list located in root/usr/keys/

3 way splitter. VM wire from cable box to splitter.
1 cable into VM router then and the other into the Zgemma box.
SNR 29% believe that is the case with all cable tv connections though
Been assured the n line should work, however the supplier usually deals with english clients and I may be his first Irish one.
Thing to note: Euronews, radio channels and MTV work. Everything else doesn't.
RTE 1 (terrestial channel) I can get working if I go into signal finder . Tune - predefined and change the tune to 319. Scan - Returns 16 channels, select the 1st on the list RTE. The channel turns on. If I re-scan under a different tune the channel dissapears.
Anyone have a Zgemma Box 5 currently working whose located in Ireland so that I may beable to compare settings.
Any help or suggestions much obligued.
