Transfer duplex to another device help please

Transfer duplex iptv from 1 device to another, I have a 1 year sub in duplex and a paid channel list, my fire stick packed in so I got another 1, if I transfer duplex with my key tobtje new device will I lose all my channels ? Thanks in advance

Dont you just download duplex and enter your username and password. Otherwise get in touch with your supplier.

I just had to notify my supplier then he put the sub and I had to transfer the duplex paid sub the the new device, all sorted now
