Trouble with one frequency

Afternoon everyone

I have a problem with "TUNE FAILED" on my box but only on 11817 V - Gold, Watch, Alibi etc..... All the channels on that frequency show the error but everything else is OK.

Anyone spare me a moment to take a newbie through the repair process??
