If you have deleted the conversation from your inbox you will have to send a new private message to your provider.
If you can remember who it was.

that is what i am meaning it was few weeks ago, i have no idea how and where to look to find them..

you will not believe i had them a few hours ago, but i went back button to see what i did to get it, and i have now no idea what i clicked on to get it..lol
