The proposal is that those convicted will be made to wear orange suits while they physically help to clean up (in public) the damage they caused. The victims would be given the option to confront their attackers if they do wished.

The UK should implement a "Humiliation day" and all those convicted of anti social behavior should be displayed in public wearing orange suits and shackled 👍

It could be an annual event whereby the general public could laugh at and spit on them as part of the parade.
