Unable to open bin file winrar file kryptview

I am having a nightmare, i am unable to transfer the bin file because my laptop will not open it. How can i open the bin file? Also my laptop does not have a 9 pin connection, it will only connect to kv via ethernet, can data be transferred/flashed this way?

You`ll need a USB to Serial port adaptor.

After trying what Noel said, you dont open the bin file, you just transfer it to your usb pen drive.

If its a winrar file you need as said the winrar app as posted in Noels post.
