I need some help and advice Pl. I have a more then 12 years old motorised set up with 1M dish mounted on an actuator motor and Technomate 5000 DAPCI STB. Cost me a bit at the time, But then the STB broke down and soon afterwards, I had a tenure to work overseas and never bothered to replace it. The dish is fine but I think it needs a new drive mechanism and an STB to go with it. That's where I need some input.
I Don't want to spend too much money as basic infrastructure is already there. I know I need to get a new mount and a new box, probably an enigma 2. Any suggestion would be welcomed
BTW, I have a working VU+Duo, Can it be of any use for my intended motorised upgrade? Thx
