Urgent Help please anyone?

Hi have recently brought a ZHEMMA H.2S...the box has been working fine. I came to turn it on this morning and just says 'BOOT with a red dot next to it. Nothing comes up on the TV. I have unplugged the box all day hoping it will come back on, but not luck.

Any suggestions what it could be?

Id say try a reflash

Sorry I'm new to all this. What's a reflash?

A reflash is where an image is installed on the box to make it work.
If the box is stuck on boot them normally flashing a new image will restore the box to the new image.
Have a look at Wooshbuild V5 build as this is the easiest to install on the zgemma h2s.

Just initially to download the image and put it on to a usb stick

Download the software to your computer. Put it on a USB stick. Then use the stick to install the software on your box. There are detailed guides on how to do this in the Zgemma section.👍

Hi there. I need to FTP a line from my PC to the CCCam.cfg file on my zGemma H.2S using Filezilla. Can someone please confirm how do I connect my PC to the zGemma to view the CCcam.cfg file on the zGemma . In other words, where does the LAN cable from my PC go to, in order to communicate with the file system on the zGemma. Thanks.

how do I connect my PC to the zGemma

Both should be plugged into your router. They will be allocated an IP address by the router and you would communicate with the zgemma by entering it's IP address in FileZilla (or similar) on your PC.

don't need to connect it via cables download FileZilla and do it from there
