Vauxhall astra club twin port auto 56 plate-noisy gear change?

Hi guys.

i was wondering before I go to the mechanics I'd as ask you guys on the forum about a recent clunky noise my cars making when it changes down in gears and when I put it in reverse as well?

may be the clutch worn on it if it's grinding when it's changing gear's doe's it sound like a clutch slipping when you drive it hard? as the clutch wear's the mm measurment's on the selector's change as there not calibrated to a worn clutch plate. so when the clutch get's changed it need's calibrated with it having a new clutch plate/pressure plate fitted
