Vauxhall insignia 2010 service ESP completely not turning over

My insignia has sevice ESP dash warning. Engine light traction. Checked the speed sensors front and changed brand new. Still same issue.
Full reset done. Battery fully charged. No drain. Fuses checked. Fault codes attached.

Which reader did you use?
Those £25 ones from ebay or amazon aren't good enough.

I used three cheapo ones on mine a few weeks ago and none of them could find an error. Took it to local garage and his reader (£950) found and cleared a dozen codes and pinpointed the main one which I got sorted a bit later.
It was £8 to read the codes
