very glitchy - is it software? or service provider? not sure - only recently gone worse

my service provider is usually fine, had it for over a year only recent past few months its been glitchy on all channels and maybe the paid channels take a second longer to load then usual

If we knew whether you were using iptv, Satellite or Cable it may give us a chance to help you.
is it freezing or pixellating?

You need to provide us with as much information as possible is it sly iptv cable or all 3 just one or 2 providers mentioned box model is it on wifi or ethanet as with what you have posted it will be a guessing game and wrong advice could be given don't mention provider or line details just a description of box your setup and problem

I would try a test line from a different provider to see if there is a difference

i have contacted service provider, lets see

using ethernet cable
both sky and virgin feeds running into the box

I have known these boxes to have weak Ethernet ports also too, which makes the box useless.
