Also this is going to be the dumbest question on here so sorry but how do I factory reset the V8 GT media? I cannot for the life of me find the option

Back up your cccam.cfg first

This is from google
To factory reset your GTMEDIA V8 UHD receiver, press the Menu button on your remote, go to the System/Tools or Settings tab, select Factory Default (or Factory Reset), enter your PIN code (usually 0000 or 1234), and press OK to confirm.

Thanks I tried this as well but cannot find the option to factory reset. I updated via usb to the July 14th but nothing is working. My line is fine but noting clearing so need to factory reset then load again
 
Has anyone seen an issues where you renew VIP 2 and it doesn’t seem to clear anything after? I’m looking at the about stb site and it says I have active line for vip 2 but when I check in cs protocol menu it doesn’t update with the expiry date

I had a similar issue recently with my GT Combo, got a new vip, but for some reason the server wasn't showing as connecting to my box, only iptv came on for example when I left on channel like bein sport 1.
I ended up getting a refund.

Did your tv service expire? My tv service has expired but my VIP 2 is active

Thanks. So no Eng comms from digitalb now. But if you have server you can select additional audio. Last season they only had a few options. Not all matches had bein comms. Has that changed this year? You can select bein Eng comms for all of the 3pm ko’s today? Weighing up whether it’s worth buying a sub that’s all.

My personal opinion is the audio will be back, for now sky de still has most games, all inc eng audio
 
For the price I don't see why you would not renew. I did. It's just over 70p a week!
