Viewing Zgemma H2s Recordings on Kodi when in folders

I'm just in the process of setting up my zgemma for viewing via kodi in another room, but have hit a snag. When I view the recordings, the sub-folders - automatically created when more than one recording has the same name - are not picked up. I can see them ok using openwebif on my laptop, but when using the VU+ enigma plugin for kodi on my android box, it doesn't see them. There doesn't appear to be an option to include them either.
I am using Wooshbuild 4.002.
Am I doing something really stupid?

I don't use kodi but from reading your post then I can see only two options:

1. disable the Movie Organisor plugin on your box so that it no longer sorts into folders or

2. view on your android box via chrome and openwebif

this might be nothing but in 'Dream Player' for android you have an option to add additional paths, so you could manually enter the path of the recording folder, I don't know if kodi has similar option. It's a pain in the backside I know

Found a kinda workaround, don't know why I didn't think of it sooner.

If you set up the network path to the recordings in Kodi as a source but don't assign it a content type then you can access the path from the Videos main menu option and play the files straight through Kodi and it can see the directories too so you can access everything. Only draw back is the messy filenames but they are actually the show title with date and time the recording started.

If you don't know how to add a source this walks you through it: http://www.htpcbeginner.com/add-media-sources-to-kodi/
