Virgin Media gone off

My broadband went off on 3/3/26 been told it's should be fix by 11/3/26.
Does the automatic compensation just kick in or do I have to register for it?

As far as I know it should happen automatically but no harm in reminding them 😂

Might help you, when i was with them it was automatic.
