Virgin wire should have a F Connector screwed on and this pushes into back of box, not screwed in

It has scanned and found channels but I cannot find them in bouquets

Gi to sports bouquet and click on sky sports news.
Does it clear?
Did you put the line in ccam.cfg.?
Have you restarted the softcam in softcam setup?

No havent added line yet jus wanted to see if BBC etc worked to see it was setup tuned in like

It's found no channels because the vm cable isn't connected
It pushes into RF IN socket on back, the screw socket is for satellite

Yer it's in tht socket, I've jus plugged cable into the socket not screwed tht used to be in the back of v6 box (virgin) is this correct

Got few channels now but haven't added line yet only got 5 norm channels through cable
