If VM c/s goes won't that mean IPTV could really be hit as it uses a lot of VM feeds?

It will as a lot of iptv uk based servers a use vm as their main source,I have no issues with my iptv what so ever as all my suppliers streams are none uk and have had no issues with down time unlike others
