VM CHANNELS FIX (23/4/2020) OSCAM ONLY!!

Have you added both lines in readers in the oscam.server file?
Maybe get the sat line changed to C line and add it to its own c line sat reader. ..I'm not sure if they are both mgcamd that oscam would open them simultaneously

Yep just added them both in readers in the oscam file and both work but not simultaneously ..both are actually N lines converted to oscam..will try c line sat reader option

I know two or even three cable N lines will work simultaneously but not 100% sure that sat N lines will at the same time
 
Have you tried setting sat reader to caid 0963 and cable reader to caid 1841?
So it knows which channels to send to which reader.
 
can anyone help with the cccam to oscam converter please.
I paste my n line into the convert and convert it and when I copy the output ito my Oscam.server folder it doesn’t clear anything?
 
Open the oscam.server file and paste these extra lines at the bottom and close it
emmcache = 1,3,2,0
blockemm-unknown = 1
dropbadcws = 1
disablecrccws = 1

Thanks mate but still nothing clearing.

Can someone confirm if im doing it right, im clicking on the n: line tab then enter my line in this format

CWS = myline port user pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
 
I think your confused between oscam and mgcamd ....where exactly are you entering the info on the box

Or are you referring to the oscam converter?

paste the contents of your oscam.server file (blanking out server details) here. we can then have a look.

Are you sure that your provider has fixed it his end?
 
Yeah using the oscam converter.
My provider told me to run my mgcamd line through the oscam converter and it should work.

So perhaps I’m doing something wrong here?

Best to follow Grogs advice convert then past your oscam file ...remove or change your server info so we maybe able to identify what the problem is ..

So the line im enetering in the ocnverter under n line tab is - CWS = servername port user pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

what im getting back is;

Wheres port?? Are you entering that after server name? Just after comma
 
Add the following to oscam.server but changing the parts you need:


[reader]
label =
protocol = newcamd
device = HOST,PORT
key = 0102030405060708091011121314
user = USERNAME
password = PASSWORD
caid = 1841
ident = 1841:000000
group = 1
disablecrccws_only_for = 1841:000000

Thanks for the advice but still nothin sadly.

Provider says its working and to be fair it works fine via mgcamd but i need to use oscam on octagon box. But he keeps saying use converter and wont send line in oscam format.

Any other ideas
