VM superhub 2 with starview

Is there any problem connecting a starview 7 using a VM Superhub 2

I'm not getting a connection to cs on starview HD combo(lan)and my skybox(wifi) now that I moved to vm superhub 2

did you power off all network devices including hub and power them all on again,should work with the new superhubs try adding a wired cable.

I tried it but no joy. My starview is connected wired. The web app work on my skybox so I'm getting a connection but no cs. I used downloaded ccam.cfg and newcam.list so those settings should be okay

is your current line working or disconnected? maybe need a test line.

My line is working I had it tested on their side and it's okay on their side. I have two other lines working on a different network and no problems with them

by any chance do you have a router to plug boxes into then a cable to hub?

I have a another router but not sure how to contact it. Do I need to change the hub to modem mode. What kind of cables do I need?

lan cable from box to router and lan cable from router to superhub.
