vod 4K

The 4k section of vod has sound only, all other sections are ok .
Anyone have any ideas why this should be ?.

Your device more than likely cannot handle the 4k codecs.
Have you got a 4k device?

Jigger is right, you can't watch 4k content on it. That box has no idea what 4k is.

Thanks for your replies, Just thought id ask as it was there. To be honest there isnt a lot of 4k content out there anyway.

Correct, and what is there also doesn't work on a 4K box
