VOD can't forward or rewind.

Can any one advise how to forward or rewind a movie on VOD. IPTV.

Press the fast forward or rewind button normally.

I have Zgemma H2H box

VOD requires you to press and hold the right button. This will then bring up a time line seek bar. You can then move left and right on the seek bar and press OK when you are the position you want.
