vodafone

I use speed checker. i'll test it 3 consecutive times, if the vpn doesn't do the trick (will post results). However, my Zgemma had a consistent 65/70 signal strength, 47mbps download speed and -45dbm wifi signal during the entirety of glitching

If Vodafone are throttling your speeds at football viewing times then all a vpn will do AFAIA is to reduce your speed slightly - so for the above example I gave it might knock 5% off each of those speeds, so you'd still be experiencing throttling.

Wouldn't this affect all other streaming on other devices, Youtube, Netflix, etc? It hasn't, btw

No problems yet, but here are my 3 consecutive speed tests

Those speeds look decent and big improvement on ping bare in mind your running WiFi and not ethanet is there a way to put an ethanet into box pc or laptop and do a speed test hard wired I get about 30 on my phone on WiFi and 37 on hard wired

My wifi speeds on full package from voda pull in the same speeds not sure why i reckon just poor router , but hard wired i can get max speed more or less

Everything still fine. I turned content control off earlier today. Maybe that was it?

can you run speed test on your device?
On TX3 mini I get.....

Ping - 12ms

Download - 22.4 Mbps

Upload - 9.57 Mbps

Got the Sheff Utd v Newcastle (channel) game on. No probs at all

was thinking about going with Vodafone after being with virgin for 20 years. This thread has just put me off

I wouldn't be put off just yet. I have 2 days of glitching (6.30 -10pm) out of 60 days. Apart from that it is good value for money, imo. £20 cheaper per month than VM. Customer service is poor though

Vodafone has been excellent for me no issue's like the OP at all

Vodafone are over subscribed they told me my exchange is full to capacity. Luckily got out. I had the same with vodafone constant buffering, you could put a timer to it. I also think they know from patterns were streaming iptv and they know a way of disrupting it majorly. I know my provider was ace as others tried it for me over a few days and reported it ok for me. For me every channel it would glitch every 40secs
