You log into router 192.168.1.1 on back of router there will be a username generally admin then a security key on back of router it will be in there somewhere mate

Most likely to be the isp filter.
 
Can anyone help?

I've loaded a m3u file via vlc player which opens but I am unable to work it on my tv via SSIPTV. I have copied the link but it says 'there are no items to display'

Go on google type in how to upload play list to SSIPTV there's step by step instructions there mate I'm not too sure how you put on smart tvs
