VPN noob guide

Hi guys
Right ive been having major issues recently and was looking to see if a simple set up for my IPTV to run through would help??
So i just need to test it for now is it possible to get a test VPN that won't majorly slow my internet down? im on fibre max mind but dont want to effect it majorly.
Any help to give a VPN a try so i can notch off my isp as the issue??
 
I use strongvpn. Its very good. I have a zgemma h2s, hardwired, with ipab image, with this. Also use it on pc , firestick, and phone. Theres a little lag now and again, but it's quite good. You have to sign up, pay, then use it. If u don't like it, you can cancel it anytime.
